Autoflow make acquisition public

Autoflow has written to its customers informing them of the takeover by Madison Enterprises Ltd.

The acquisition, which took place in late December, sees Chris Yates appointed as managing director. One of the original founders of the business, Gary Lindsay remains as director in the business.

Commenting on the move, Gary said, ‘I shall remain as a director of Autoflow and have day to day involvement, assisting the new managing director, Chris Yates settle into his new role. I would like to wish Chris and his team continued success.’

Chris Yates, managing director of Autoflow said, ‘The acquisition of Autoflow by Madison is a positive one for both the company and our customers. The new directors of Autoflow have a wealth of experience and a passion for the bodyshop industry, something which will only serve to drive the company forward. The board have already approved significant investments in our development and support departments which customers will start to see the benefits of in the very near future.

‘There have been several anonymous commentators using online media to speculate about what the implications of this takeover may have for our customers. I would like to reassure all of our customers that nothing has changed in regards to access to data. We have contracts in place which enforce rules of access and these have not changed in anyway and we will maintain our commitment and integrity when it comes to data security.’

Madison Enterprises Ltd was incorporated in 2016 and is owned by the directors of Vizion Network Ltd.
