Atticus strengthens management team

Atticus Innovation has strengthened its management team with two key appointments at its head office in Manchester.

Milan Vjestica, joins as head of operations and Paul Kuczera joins as network services manager. Both appointments are part of the company restructure and rebrand of FARG to deliver the highest levels of service in the fleet, broker and insurance sectors.

Managing director, Mike Monaghan described Atticus Innovation as a ‘20-year old start up’ because the strategy for the rebranded company is so fresh.

‘I’m delighted that Milan and Paul have joined us in these vital new roles which will underpin the company’s new direction,’ said Mike. ‘Milan, a former stockbroker, has enormous experience in insurance and claims from his early days with Motor Legal group, then Capita and with his accountancy background, IT expertise and his data knowledge he has a unique set of skills, a wealth of experience and has a real numbers driven analytic mindset.

‘I’ve known Paul since he started with me as an apprentice in my garage and then later when I formed MVRA he became regional manager for the North West. He also has experience in distribution and worked as a bodyshop manager so I am well aware of his great people skills to interact with repairers, his commercial and technical ability, his loyalty and his passion for the industry.’

He continued, ‘It’s all about building the right team to deliver our ambitious but highly focused, customer centric service proposition.’

Milan Vjestica will be responsible for the day to day running of the company and the operational performance of Atticus Innovation accident management services to fleet, broker and insurer clients. Paul Kuczera will be in charge of the network and supplier partners in making sure they are maintaining standards and customer expectations.
