Artis implements PlanManager

Artis Accident Care has implemented Audatex’s newly launched end-to-end bodyshop management solution, PlanManager.

The system streamlines the entire accident repair process for bodyshops, customers and insurers from first notification of loss to payment.

The cloud-based platform allows bodyshops to become increasingly efficient in repairing vehicles, reducing key-to-key times, while streamlining overall communication with other parties involved in the claims process by offering a fully-connected solution. The solution also enables all claim data and updates to be centrally housed for all parties to access, ensuring quicker, more accurate claims resolution.

The adoption of PlanManager at Artis Accident Care, a new customer-focused claim fulfilment solutions centres, has allowed it to take a significant step towards fully digitising its systems and minimising its offline processes, creating a paperless bodyshop, delivering safe repairs, at reduced cycle times.
