Circle invests in MyFleet

Courtesy car provider, Circle Leasing is investing more than £250,000 in the development of its MyFleet Vehicle Hire fleet management solution.

MyFleet Vehicle Hire is used by bodyshops to manage the courtesy car hire process and Circle’s investment will introduce wide-ranging new functionality to further improve fleet management performance and cost recovery.  The pilot of the new Vehicle Hire 2.0 will commence with customers within the next quarter.

In enhancing the solution, Circle has carried out some 4,000 hours in research and customer behaviour analysis in order to define the business drivers behind today’s bodyshop fleet management priorities. The research has shown that improved cost recovery, effective fleet utilisation, efficient vehicle appraisals and optimisation of up-sell opportunities are the primary concerns relating to courtesy cars for bodyshops today.

‘Built in close consultation with our customers, this latest investment takes the system to a whole new level and will help a wider group of customers manage their fleets profitably and effectively,’ said Circle Leasing’s managing director, Aidan Minogue. ‘Our process-driven technology turns our customers’ fleets into bulletproof assets.’
