Volvo launches high achiever award

Volvo has introduced a new, joint, Volvo Bodyshop and Dealer High Achiever Recognition Award 2017.

The award is designed to recognise the efforts of those Volvo bodyshops and dealers that deliver on all of the essential elements of the approved programme.

The competition, which runs from February to December is open to all approved bodyshops and their corresponding Volvo Dealer(s). Businesses will be scored on nine criteria, each earning variable BPU’s (Body Performance Units) with regional league tables published and quarterly updates produced.

One place will be awarded to the top performing bodyshop and dealer from each region with those invited to a conference and black tie awards evening at a UK luxury hotel. Winners will be announced in January 2018.

Steve Plunkett, Volvo body and paint programme development manager, said, ‘In the body and paint programme we have put a lot of focus on the Volvo dealer and approved bodyshop network working really closely together at a local level, so this new programme initiative will really reward the dealer and bodyshop that have gone the extra mile to grow the business and support all of the key aspects of the programme.’
