Up and Adam

Colliers International has welcomed Adam Caldwell back to the Birmingham office after a short hiatus of just three months with another local property company.

Adam, who was a senior surveyor in Colliers’ corporate solutions team, left back in September to join property development and regeneration consultancy, Thomas Lister. After just three months away, Adam has returned to the business, this time joining Colliers’ Automotive & Roadside department, where he will advise occupier and investor clients on their property requirements, while also assisting the team in landlord & tenant and valuation matters.

Head of Automotive & Roadside for Colliers International, John Roberts, said, ‘Adam was sorely missed during his short time away from Colliers, so it’s fantastic to see him back with us. In his career to date, Adam has been exposed to a wide range of property disciplines from day to day estate management and advising on client acquisitions & disposals, to lease renewals and rent reviews. We’re pleased to add his knowledge to our team’s collective experience and are confident that he will be a great fit for our growing client base.’

Adam said, ‘Having left on very good terms, I naturally kept in touch with my colleagues at Colliers, and when I heard that there was a vacancy in the Automotive & Roadside team, this time in an agency capacity, I was really keen to hear more.’
