Service Certainty gets connected
Image and video capture and data solutions providers, Service Certainty, has joined Industry Insights’ Connected Solutions.
Established in 2009, Service Certainty has developed customised and innovative image capture solutions that deliver the much-needed evidence to facilitate triage decisions. Its independent network of Pro photographers provide its services to UK insurers, claims management companies and repairers.
Complementing the Pro service, Service Certainty’s web-based self-serve app uses technology to further accelerate the overall claims process. An improved service, launched earlier this year, was developed for total loss and minor repairs identification.

Service Certainty solutions fully integrates with claims management and other estimating platforms, including Audatex and Xactware, reducing the need for double entry of data and manual downloading of images.
