Open day hailed huge success

Press Commercial Bodysworks has declared its open day, held on 15 November, a huge success.
Owners Emma and Dean Warren offered a guided tour of their four-acre site, showcasing the various stages of repair from jig work to repainting and vinyl graphics.
The business has been around for more than 45 years, a testament to the standards they set and achieve, and Emma and Dean, who are sister and brother, believe also the success is due in part to an experienced workforce and an ability to adapt to the changes in the industry.
They said, ‘Open days are the perfect opportunity to offer customers an insight into the workings of a commercial bodyshop. Visitors can see how we operate and our working practices, which is one of the most crucial tools to build customer trust and loyalty.
‘We’re very fortunate to have such a loyal customer base which is unusual in such a competitive industry, and all the guest who attended were pleasantly surprised by the facilities we have on offer.’
