L&I Eaton opts for ACIS

L&I Eaton has rolled out ACIS’s web-based Ascribe technology at its latest flagship Accident Repair Centre in Edinburgh.

The technology is fitting of the state-of-the-art facility which described as more like a ‘first class hotel reception’ than a traditional repair centre. The site is the latest L&I Eaton ARC to benefit from Ascribe which has been proven to an average of 20% in costs through the reduction of waste and inventory losses.

Mandy Hurndall, group procurement manager for L&I Eaton ARC Ltd. Said, ‘We have been a user of Ascribe since 2014 and it is now in all of our site locations. It has significantly helped reduce our stock holding and increased our profitability in this area.

‘With the help and support from Ian Dalgarno (of ACIS), we are now able to effectively manage cost per sold hour per technician, and use this data as a benchmark to drive the usage cost further, and maximise profit potential.’
