Industry Insights make new appointment

Leicester-based motor claims consultants, Industry Insights has appointed Justin Bown customer services manager.

Justin has previous experience of working with Steve Thompson, Industry Insights’ MD, initially at Kwik Fit and then more recently Nationwide Crash Repair Centres. For the past two years, Justin’s has been sales manager for Euro Car Parts (ECP), working out of its Tamworth central hub.

Justin’s role is to support service to Connected Solutions Partners, by improving management information, reporting, sales analysis and customer liaison services for Fix Auto. In addition, Justin will also be working closely with Prasco and Advantage Parts with business development and sales initiatives.

‘We have recruited Justin due to his knowledge of vehicle repair, customer service experience in demanding environments and a very likeable personality, which supports both his ability to deal with customers and develop new business,’ said Steve Thompson.
