Fix Auto strengthens M25 presence

Fix Auto UK’s growth continued right to the close of 2016 as the network signed yet another new franchisee, in a move that has further strengthened its inner M25 network solution.

SW Automotive, formed in 2008 by Austen Ward and Alan Strudwick, operates on the outer perimeter of London’s Biggin Hill airport and will now operate as Fix Auto Biggin Hill. The bodyshop provides the network with the immediate capacity to repair up to 30 vehicles a week, with expansion plans afoot to increase that to more than 50.

The new south-east London centre, which operates out of two adjacent units totalling 10,000sqft, becomes the network’s 10th inner M25 bodyshop, complementing the well-established Fix Auto bodyshops line-up of, Fix Auto Chessington, Fix Auto Croydon, Fix Auto Dagenham, Fix Auto Isleworth, Fix Auto Hainault, Fix Auto Park Royal, Fix Auto Ruislip, Fix Auto West Hampstead and Fix Auto West Kensington.

Austen said, ‘We have worked tremendously hard and built up an enviable reputation for repairing cars quickly and to the highest standards with great customer satisfaction but we want to take our game to a higher level. Joining Fix Auto will, in our eyes, help us to fulfil our goals.’

He added, ‘We have followed Fix Auto’s progression very closely over the last year or so and we like what we have heard and read, especially when it comes to working together as a close family, with the notion of sharing best practice and knowledge. We are extremely excited to be joining the network.’

Ian Pugh of Fix Auto UK, said, ‘London is already a real area of strength for Fix Auto, but we continue to look to build our capacity and coverage for our clients here, so this is another important addition for us. I am delighted to welcome Austen, Alan and the team at Fix Auto Biggin Hill on to the network.’
