ECA supports AutoRaise

AutoRaise – the vehicle repair industry charity – is delighted to welcome one of the UK’s leading energy cost and conservation consultancies, Energy Cost Advisors (ECA), as a partner.

The new partnership will help support the vital work the charity carries out on behalf of the body repair sector, saving bodyshops money with energy contract deals.

‘We are delighted to announce we have become proud partners of AutoRaise,’ said Steve Silverwood, managing director, ECA Group. ‘We look forward to working with Bob for many years to come in helping AutoRaise tackle the skill shortage issue within the industry.

‘We started working in the bodyshop sector almost 10 years ago and in that time have saved over £2m for more than 250 bodyshops.

‘During that time we have worked very closely with our clients and have seen the issues in the industry with the skills shortage and strongly support the vision of AutoRaise in tackling this issues’, said Steve.

‘We are truly delighted to welcome ECA Group as a key partner to the AutoRaise charity,’ said Bob Linwood, CEO, AutoRaise. ‘They have demonstrated their desire to be part of what we are doing and have showed vision and commitment to work with us.

‘I am very excited about this next step in our evolution and ECA’s contribution to our key strategy of working together with forward-thinking suppliers for the common good of addressing the industry’s shortage of young talent.’

It’s essential that the industry gets behind addressing the skills shortage, whether it be taking on new apprentices, hosting Industry Showcase Events or simply helping to spread the word.
