Colliers acquires land for Jardine

Acting on behalf of Jardine Motor Group, Colliers International’s Automotive and Roadside team has acquired 3.5 acres of land in Kent for the construction of a new Jaguar Land Rover dealership.

Situated fronting the A26, in Tonbridge, Kent, the site has been acquired from a private land owner. Jardine Motor Group is set to invest a £12 million in the site with the construction of a 43,300sqft car showroom and dealership. The new dealership is expected to open to customers in December 2018 relocating Sevenoaks Jaguar and Tonbridge Land Rover to the new facility.

Anthony Keohane, director in the Automotive and Roadside team at Colliers International, commented, ‘This new Jaguar Land Rover dealership will be situated on a prominent gateway site into the Town and boasts excellent visibility and access from the A26. With this investment from Jardine Motor Group, the new dealership will provide a state of the art showroom facility for Jaguar Land Rover and include features such as 18 car showroom, 24 bay workshop and a 100 used car display.’
