Auto Windscreens introduces ‘Technician Tracker’

Auto Windscreens claims to be the first windscreen repair and replacement provider in the UK to introduce a ‘Technician Tracker’ to enhance its customer journey.

The tracker, available to all customers, has been implemented to keep people informed on their scheduled appointments from booking to completion.

Following a job being scheduled, a link to the tracker is shared with the customer via a text message. From there, people can view either ‘Your Information’ which will include job location and work requested or ‘Your Technician’ which will include information on the technician and job status.
