ACIS and Fix align

In a world of giant corporations there is still room for entrepreneurial independent businesses according to Graham O’Neill, CEO of ACIS.
Having signed a strategic alliance with Fix Auto UK last year, Graham said, ‘We share a common heritage and common goals. Both businesses represent the independent bodyshop sector, helping small businesses to become more profitable and sustainable and giving them the confidence and support to go after and secure national business accounts. This allows greater competition in our market and delivers more choice to the end customer.
‘As a fellow champion of independent franchise businesses all working to the same goals, Fix Auto shares our network strategy which is why the deal came about in the first place. We came from a similar background and we look forward to a strong partnership moving forward.’
Ian Pugh of Fix Auto UK agrees there are many synergies to be had between the two organisations. Ian said, ‘Our key drivers are delivering class-leading cycle times, cost management and delivering the ultimate in customer service. ACIS has the ethos and services to support this philosophy and I’m delighted we have formed this strategic alliance.’
