‘We’ve never looked back’

UK motor retailer JCT600, has retained Accident Exchange as its accident management provider, extending its 11-year relationship.

The accident management program will continue to operate on all 50 JCT600 sites across the UK and over each of the 18 brands that the motor retailer provides, including Audi, Bentley, Ferrari and Porsche, supporting customers following an accident, from the initial call through to providing a courtesy car and organising vehicle repairs.

The family-run motor retailer has worked with Accident Exchange since it first introduced an accident management programme into its customer offering in 2005, and says the programme is now a key business revenue generator and customer loyalty driver.

Andy Bateman, head of group operations at JCT600, said, ‘We signed up for an accident management program with Accident Exchange 11 years ago and as a business we’ve never looked back. It gives real peace of mind knowing that if the unfortunate happens to a customer’s car, we have an accident management program that will handle the process for every customer with care and understanding.

‘The figures speak for themselves and the boost to our customer offering, whether they’re buying a Mazda or a Maserati, has become an invaluable service. We want to be the best people to do business with, and Accident Exchange will continue to help us achieve that.’

Liz Fisher, sales director at Accident Exchange, added, ‘Businesses work best together when there’s trust, and it is truly gratifying that JCT600 can put such a level of trust in our service and take the deal into its 12th year.’
