Chris Whitefoot, manager of Smart Fleet Solutions said, ‘We are all extremely proud of Aaron and congratulate him on such a well-deserved recognition of hard work both in the classroom and in the workplace. Overcoming the challenges of juggling study and work, Aaron’s knowledge of the job and commitment to the apprenticeship shone through in the assessment process. Aaron is a valued member of the team, and we look forward to seeing his career grow with us at Smart Fleet Solutions.’

Peter Marson, owner of Martec Training commented, ‘A wonderful achievement for a very hardworking student, Aaron should be proud of this special accreditation. An effective partnership, Aaron and Smart Fleet Solutions provide an excellent example of how work-based apprenticeships provide a career springboard that benefit both the student and the employer.’
