Rye Street expands into Borehamwood

Rye Street Group has acquired its seventh accident repair centre – Rye Street Borehamwood Ltd.

The site was previously known as MDS Accident Repair Centre which went into liquidation earlier this month.

Bill Duffy, Rye Street Group’s managing director commented, ‘We’re delighted to announce the acquisition of our latest branch, Rye Street Borehamwood, which will be a fantastic addition to the group and enables us to better service existing customers in this area as well as expanding our coverage into west and north west London.

‘The demise of MDS is a sad reminder of the challenges faced in running a profitable business in this sector. We are very confident that by implementing our proven processes and systems, and working closely with our existing customers and supplier partners, this fantastic facility will prove a great success. We look forward to building a new team around some of our key existing staff who will be transferring to the new site.’
