Revive! scoops top awards

Cambridgeshire-based smart repair business Revive! East Anglia has been named franchisee of the year at the 2016 British Franchise Association HSBC Franchisee of The Year Awards.

The news came hot on the heels of the business scooping the customer service category during the same ceremony.

Nathan Holmes, one of three directors of the business, said, ‘We are delighted to have won this award and are honoured that our dedication to customer service at Revive! East Anglia has been recognised as our customers are at the heart of our business. Being named franchisee of the year is the icing on the cake – we never expected that.

‘We owe our success to our dedicated staff, top quality ongoing training, outstanding support from Revive! head office and the very high standard of work we deliver. All of this makes us stand out from our competitors and has contributed to our 95% customer retention rate.’

From small beginnings in 2007, Revive! East Anglia now employs 14 people, operating from a fleet of eight vans and a static workshop based at the Cambridge site of leading East Anglia car dealership EMG. The company specialises in repairing scuffs and scrapes to vehicle paintwork and alloy wheels.
