RCI appoint Verex

RCI Financial Services (RCI FS) has appointed Verex to operate its seven day and annual motor insurance schemes for Renault and Dacia.

Verex, a specialist in vehicle manufacturer insurance schemes, will provide sales, administration, first notification of loss (FNOL) services and dealer field support to both brands’ dealer networks.

The new programme aims to bring sales benefits of both parts and labour for Renault and Dacia as all repair and maintenance work from the insurance schemes will be routed through the dealer networks.

Andrew Long, managing director of Verex, said, ‘We are delighted to have been selected by RCI. We look forward to working with the Renault Dacia dealer network and building the insurance book. The programme will also aim to contribute to the wider aftersales strategy increasing Renault UK’s share of its customer post-accident market sector (PAMS).’

The policy is underwritten by Allianz Insurance plc and is five star Defaqto rated.
