Collingwood Business Solutions has joined forces with legal firm Winn Solicitors to provide a frontline claims management service to its customers.

The specialist service provider to the insurance sector has appointed the award-winning firm to be the first point of contact for customers logging new claims. Winns, which is headquartered in Newcastle, will work in tandem with Collingwood’s technical claims management team based in North Shields.

The new partnership is likely to see many new jobs created as both companies continue to expand.
