Nederman enhances its working environment

Nederman has opened a new training and demonstration facility at its UK headquarters in Preston, aiming at helping manufacturers reduce their environmental impact.

The demonstration area now includes a fully operational oil mist filtration unit, supported by a new oil mist generating machine, which enables customers to witness the extraction rates and efficiency levels of the Nederman Filtac range.

This new range utilises patent-pending FibreDrain media technology, which the company claims can capture even the smallest sub-micron droplets.

The re-modelling of the new demonstration also provided an opportunity to install many of the latest products from its portfolio, including efficiency-boosting systems for industrial application such as extraction arms, exhausts, hose and fume reels, high vacuum units, Filterboxes, media filters, downdraft benches and the new L-Series modular dust collectors.

The new demonstration facility allows all these products to be viewed and trialled under simulated industrial test conditions.

On that back of this, Nederman has also launched a training facility that can seat up to 30 delegates.
