Motofix Group invests in AutoRaise

The Motofix Group will be hosting a Motofix AutoRaise collaborative event at the group’s Yeovil site on 23 February 2017.

The Motofix AutoRaise event will provide attendees with an educational insight into the industry, which previously may not have been a career path consideration. Alongside support from car brands and suppliers, event attendees will have the opportunity to experience paintwork demonstrations and have practical involvement in aspects of car body repairs. Motofix will be welcoming local schools, teachers, career advisors and parents to the event, to inspire advocacy of such a promising apprenticeship scheme.

The partnership with AutoRaise confirms Motofix’s commitment to developing potential in the workplace, whilst providing apprentices with the opportunity to begin prosperous careers with Motofix. The group fully supports the AutoRaise multi-skilled technician apprenticeship standard.

The Motofix Group’s managing director, Richard Tutt said, ‘I am proud to announce our association with AutoRaise as we look to invest heavily in the future of young technicians. The apprenticeship scheme will fundamentally revolutionise the way in which our bodyshops appoint apprentices. The event at our Yeovil site is set to open eyes to the automotive industry and actively inspire the next generation of apprentices.’
