Kone Corporation selects FMG

Kone Corporation, with a fleet of 1,400 vehicles, has signed a two-year contract with incident management specialists FMG.

FMG will provide incident management services to Kone’s fleet of 1,400 light commercials vehicles and passenger cars, in a bespoke service bundle which comprises 24/7/365 first notification of loss, UK-wide repair management, a suite of legal services and comprehensive risk management services.

Kone selected FMG following a rigorous benchmark process, which enabled FMG to demonstrate its proven ability to optimise the entire incident management life-cycle, resulting in significant reductions in costs, incidents and downtime.
