Knowledge is power at Fix Auto
Fix Auto UK is rolling out an online learning platform to every single team member within its 83 franchise sites.
The system will provide its bodyshops with free access to more than 120 web-based video courses covering management and leadership, HR, customer service, sales, communication, project management, policy and compliance, along with finance and IT skills.
It’s hoped with will upskill the entire Fix Auto community, with 2,500 licences secured to encompass everyone from the shop floor to the boardroom.
The modules can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are designed to provide up-to-the-minute education and guidance, with the learner’s understanding tested by a series of short post-course tests. The user can then download a certificate to use as evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
