Flint Insurance drives down cost of claims with FMG

Flint Insurance has signed a three-year contract with incident prevention and claims management specialist FMG which it hopes will reduce the cost of claims for its customers.

The contract includes the provision of an end-to-end claims management service, including first notification of loss (FNOL), accident damage repair, uninsured loss recovery, non-fault hire and legal services.

FMG specialises in reducing cost from every stage of the claims process, encouraging prompt notification of incidents to enable early intervention by their third party services team. In-house engineers also scrutinise every repair estimate to identify cost-effective repair methods and minimise off-road times.
