The move marks the eighth country in which Fix Auto now operates, cementing its position as the leading global collision repair brand.

‘China is a very exciting market for Fix Auto’s proven model,’ said Steve. ‘We are bringing together the independent operators under a strong global brand, and giving them the tools and support they need to grow their business.’

Fix Auto China’s initial network consists of 78 franchise locations, with momentum building and new locations being added regularly. The official launch was announced at an event attended by over 350 franchisees, employees and business partners in Shanghai. ‘China’s collision repair space is massive in numbers as well as in opportunity. With over 460,000 repair shops nationwide and a growing understanding of the importance supply chain and direct repair programs, the Chinese market is ready for the Fix Auto model. We are excited to welcome Fix Auto China to our global family and wish them much success,’ concluded Steve.

Welcoming the news, Ian Pugh of Fix Auto UK, said, ‘Bringing China into the Fix Auto family is a masterstroke and undoubtedly elevates our position on the international stage to a whole new level.’

‘Personally, I couldn’t be happier and more excited about what the future holds for Fix Auto. With Frank Liu as the president of Fix Auto China, we have a highly successful entrepreneur who is the perfect man to lead the business forward. The move further underpins our position as the only truly global network, and yet we continue to remain true to our core values of being a group of like-minded bodyshops working together, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.’
