Covéa launches Sterling executive product

Covéa Insurance have announced a new Sterling executive motor product as its first collaboration following its recent acquisition.

The Sterling Executive Motor Product is aimed at customers seeking to insure between two and 10 cars. It will primarily be sold as an overall mid-high net worth product proposition aimed at brokers who either have an existing high net worth customer base, or are keen to develop one.

The Sterling Executive Motor Product is marketed as ‘best of breed’, and has been designed with Covéa and Sterling’s collaborative skillset. Covéa is now seeking to expand Sterling’s Executive Product range and build upon its reputation.

Covéa’s commercial lines and high net worth director Simon Cooter has said that the move to expand the Sterling Executive Product represents the first big opportunity to show the two businesses’ unified skillset.

He said, ‘We’ve now completed a successful pilot of this new product and are pleased to be able to offer it more widely to brokers. This is the first major trading opportunity created as a result of Sterling Insurance joining forces with Covéa Insurance and showcases the strength of our combined team.’
