Awards night for Cambridgeshire firm

Revive! East Anglia will find out tonight if it’s been awarded the Customer Service accolade at the 2016 BFA HSBC Franchisee of the Year Awards.

The Cambridgeshire-based smart repair business has been built up by directors Adam Holmes, Nathan Holmes and Andrew Blackhurst into a vibrant customer-centric business, now employing 14 people, operating from a fleet of eight vans and a static workshop based at the Cambridge site of leading East Anglia car dealership EMG.

Adam said, ‘We are delighted to have been nominated for this award and are honoured that our dedication to customer service at Revive! East Anglia has been recognised as our customers are at the heart of our business.

‘We owe our success to our dedicated staff, top quality ongoing training and the very high standard of work we deliver. All of this makes us stand out from our competitors and has contributed to our 95% customer retention rate.’

The British Franchise Association (BFA) recognises the UK’s most exceptional operators in a range of categories.
