A Winn/win partnership

Newcastle-based accident management specialists Winn Solicitors is partnering with an international insurance software provider to improve user experience for both brokers and customers.

It’s partnership with Transactor Global Solutions Ltd sees its B2B arm integrated into the Transactor software platform, allowing Winns’ first response team to search customer information in real time by linking to the brokers system via their software house system.

The collaboration will also provide brokers with comprehensive claims management services; clients that activate the service will receive access to a 24/7 claims handling service supported by a team of dedicated solicitors.
