Waregrain Group expands into the South East

Waregrain Group has purchased the business and assets of Body and Paintshop Supplies Ltd in Canterbury, Kent.
Waregrain Group have retained all of the Body and Paintshop Supplies staff with Lee Howard taking on the role of director sales & operations (South East).
11 new staff have now joined the Waregrain Group team bringing the total number of staff employed by Waregrain Group to 55.
Sales director Derrick Griffin commented, ‘The new branch is very excited about the new benefits they can bring to their customers. They feel their customers will be very happy with the support programmes that are now available to them from the Waregrain Group.’
Marc Oslar, managing director of Waregrain said, ‘We are delighted to welcome a large number of new customers who will now experience the added value from a supply arrangement with the Waregrain Group. This acquisition demonstrates another key step in our ambitious growth plans and offers a strategic move in to the South East of England.
