Service King acquires Cathedral City Collision

Service King Collision Repair Centers, a multi-state operator of collision repair centers and one of the fastest-growing collision repair companies in the US, announced continued expansion in the southern California market after reaching an agreement to acquire Cathedral City Collision.

Service King and Cathedral City Collision, mutually agreed upon terms of the deal and officially closed the acquisition July 31. With the agreement, Service King now officially operates 15 southern California locations and 23 across the state.

The merger marks a continuation of Service King’s strategic national growth initiative, which has seen the organization expand to 243 locations in 21 states across the country.

The business built itself on the foundation of integrity, reliability and overall quality in all accident repair services. Its 8,500 square-foot collision repair center boasts the capacity of repairing 100-vehicles-per month.
