LeasePlan extends contract with FMG

Incident management outsourcing specialist FMG, has successfully secured a two-year extension to its contract with LeasePlan UK, part of the largest vehicle management group in the world.

The extended contract will see FMG continue to provide LeasePlan’s fleet with a comprehensive range of incident management services; including FNOL, repair management, network management, salvage, uninsured loss recovery (ULR), non-fault hire and rental damage.

LeasePlan UK has partnered with FMG since 2003 and by extending their long and successful partnership, both companies will continue to align their strategic goals and plan mutual fleet growth.

This joint commitment to customer service improvement has led to FMG’s recent launch of an app enabling LeasePlan drivers to track repair progress, an enhanced driver communication framework and systems innovations which include a new online portal and customer reporting enhancements.
