JCC Peterborough gains BS 10125 standard

Just Car Clinics is delighted to confirm that Peterborough is the first site in its network to be awarded the brand new British Standard BS 10125.

Peterborough, the newest addition to the Just Car Clinics network has been working under the guidance of group compliance manager Andrew Firbank and general manager Mohamed Zulfiqar since its purchase in December 2014 to achieve the new BS 10125 standard which replaces PAS 125. All of their hard work has now paid off, and they are one of the first few bodyshops in the UK to be awarded with the new standard and the first within the Just Car Clinics network.  Andrew Firbank said, ‘Having just been brought into our network it seemed appropriate that we start this new site off with the brand new standard, and we’ve been working hard developing new procedures, processes and paperwork for them to achieve this.  We will now be working hard to roll this out across the rest of our group throughout 2015.’

The new standard, upgraded from its predecessor PAS 125, is still dedicated to providing high quality vehicle repairs but also now takes into account new technologies in the repair process and control as well as in the vehicles themselves such as hybrid vehicles, but also includes areas such as consumer complaints, complaints handling process and recruitment competence and responsibilities.
