International agenda for UK event

One of the highest rated sessions to grace the stage at the IBIS Global Summit 2015 is set to be replicated at the bodyshop Event and Awards 2015 in September.

Presented by Audatex UK managing director, Paul Sykes, the session ‘Generation Y and digitalisation’ will focus on how those born between 1981 and 2000 (Generation Y) and how they ‘are the first generation that are technical natives. The internet powers everything that they do and they interact very differently to the generations that have gone before them.’

The highly acclaimed session, which received over a 90% good or excellent rating from the IBIS Global Summit 2015 delegation, will draw attention to the environment in which businesses within the accident repair and claims sector will find themselves operating in over the coming years.

One IBIS Global Summit delegate commented, ‘This was a very interesting and entertaining presentation highlighting how dramatic the shifts in consumer expectation and behaviour will really be in the next five years.’

The bodyshop Event and Awards 2015 takes place at the stunning Celtic Manor Resort, Newport on 24-25 September. Make sure you are part of this very special occasion by booking your place now by calling Nicola Keady or Poppy Allard on 01296 642800 or email: [email protected] or [email protected].
