Fix welcomes new board

Ian Pugh has heralded the arrival of three new Fix Auto World board members as ‘vital’ in the network’s bid to become the largest global network of bodyshops.

The head of Fix Auto UK was responding to the board-level appointments of Jorge Arruda, Stéphane Léveillé and Daniel Hogg, who join the business with a vast wealth of experience in leading large scale business transformations, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and finance.

The trio have been appointed to assist Fix Auto World’s progression into major new international markets, and join Fix Auto president and CEO, Steve Leal with immediate effect. A yet unnamed fifth member has been identified, and will be announced in the New Year.

Ian said, ‘The appointments of Jorge, Stéphane and Daniel to the board are strategically vital to the evolution of Fix Auto World. They join the board with the finest of pedigrees and will, I am sure, be fundamental in our successful progression in future months and years.’

As part of this restructuring, Guy Bessette and Manon Duplantie are no longer involved with the organisation and subsequently will be leaving the Board.

Steve Leal recently revealed how Fix Auto World was already exploring opportunities throughout Europe, Africa, Australia and China, utilising the international experience of David Lingham.
