Fix Auto names top achievers

Fix Auto UK has celebrated its top achievers as part of its 2015 ‘Creating The Future’ Conference programme held at the prestigious Hilton St George’s Park Hotel in Staffordshire.

In the category specifically recognising franchisee performance for specific insurer clients, Fix Auto Isleworth was presented with the Fix Auto Allianz Insurance Repairer of the Year award, Fix Auto Kettering was named Fix Auto Aviva Repairer of the Year and Fix Auto Sutton-in-Ashfield as the Fix Auto Covéa Insurance Repairer of the Year.

Fix Auto Market Drayton collected the network’s coveted Bodyshop of the Year trophy, while owner Mark Stevens was also singled out and presented with Fix Auto’s Special Recognition Award for continuing to raise the network’s brand awareness through his sponsorship and commitment to the Market Drayton 10K Running Event.

On presenting the awards to Mark, Ian Pugh, of Fix Auto UK, said, ‘It gives me great pleasure to present the Fix Auto Bodyshop of the Year to Market Drayton. The award recognises the continual improvements and consistent delivery on our key metrics, namely key-to-key time, Net Promoter Score and Cost Control, and the team there has consistently delivered across the board.’

He added, ‘When tasked with singling out an individual for the Special Recognition Award one name was consistently mentioned and that was Mark’s. In sponsoring his local event he not only successfully raised our brand’s position beyond all recognition locally, but also nationally. Who else managed to get the BBC news cameras to film in their bodyshop?’

For the second time in three years, Fix Auto Rochdale was presented with the network’s Outstanding Customer Service Award, while Fix Auto West Kensington picked up the Operational Excellence Award.

Ranjit Gill, owner of Fix Auto Slough, proudly walked on stage to collect Fix Auto’s Outstanding Contribution Award for always going the extra mile for Fix Auto customers, and for being a true advocate of the Fix Auto brand.

Gary Snook, who joined Fix Auto in January as its regional operations manager for the South & South West regions, picked up the hotly contested Region of the Year Cup for Region Three and Gary Churcher, head of process and systems, was presented with the Outstanding Contribution from a Fix Auto Team Member Award.
