esure completes Gocompare acquisition

esure has announced that the acquisition of Gocompare is now complete.
Further to the announcement on 8 December 2014 that esure Group had conditionally agreed to acquire the outstanding 50% of GoCompare.com Holdings Ltd for a consideration of £95 million, and the subsequent announcement on 23 February 2015 that the transaction had received Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) clearance, the group has today announced that the acquisition is now complete.
